Bob Hotz joined ACB in fall 2010 with more than two decades of experience in strategic planning, management, development and fundraising.  He has worked on numerous prestigious college and high school, church and community capital campaigns that have raised over $80 million.  Bob’s extensive background in strategic planning and non-profit management provides clients with critical skills necessary in developing a comprehensive fundraising plan.

 Bob’s unique and diverse professional background brings a holistic approach to leadership and philanthropy. His strong dedication to non-for-profit organizations is rooted in his belief that “successful leaders strive to align all available human, financial, and physical resources of an organization with its mission and the strategic priorities of that mission.” At American City Bureau, Inc. Bob primarily applies his expertise and comprehensive insight to serve the firm’s Catholic services division.
