John Duntley joined American City Bureau, Inc. with over 25 years of successful and innovative non-profit leadership experience and a strong commitment to YMCA and youth development organizations. His extensive career has included managing and directing fundraising and capital development programs for many YMCA’s of all sizes across the nation and youth organizations such as the Salvation Army, private schools, community centers and other independent youth service organizations. Since joining ACB full-time in 2003, John has utilized his expertise in the areas of assessment, planning, major gift development, volunteer and leadership development, campaign direction, program development and team building. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, John is also a member of AFP and the United Methodist Church and has served on the boards of the American Camping Association and the Rotary Club.
