John M. Biggins, Co-CEO
John M. BigginsJohn Biggins is Co-Chief Executive Officer of American City Bureau and oversees the Firm’s operations and personnel as well as provides consulting services to Catholic, YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs, healthcare, social service, educational, and cultural organizations. A frequent presenter, John has conducted workshops to the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Giving Institute (formerly AAFRC), Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, and National Catholic Development Conference (NCDC). John is a member of the AFP Chicago Chapter Board and a Giving Institute Board member. John graduated from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2002, he was honored as St. Edward High School (Elgin, Illinois) Alumni of the Year for his involvement in the largest capital campaign in the school’s history.

Leslie Biggins Mollsen, Co-CEO & Board Chair
Lesslie Biggins MollsenLeslie Mollsen is Co-Chief Executive Officer, Board Chair and an owner of American City Bureau, Inc. Throughout her career, Leslie has served more than a hundred not-for-profit clients including: Educational Institutions and Programs, Religious Orders and Organizations, Cultural and Social Service Organizations, Healthcare and Healthcare-Related Organizations, YMCAs and YWCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs and other youth-related groups, and more. In addition to serving as the Account Executive on select Developmental Study©, Development Office Audit and Capital Campaign projects, she is an expert in the field of fundraising communication. Prior to becoming CEO of the firm, she managed ACB’s Communication Services Division. Leslie, a graduate of Marquette University, is a recognized speaker and writer and a member of the National Catholic Development Conference. For her, working in the non-profit sector is a life affirming experience, "Every client I encounter puts my life squarely into perspective and helps me to not forget how blessed I am."

Daniel C. Mollsen, Sr. Vice President & Director of Finance
Daniel C. MollsenDan Mollsen is responsible for all financial and fiscal aspects of American City Bureau, Inc. As a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Dan provides leadership in the company’s administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts. In addition, Dan continues to provide consulting to clients and is a frequent speaker. Dan did his undergraduate work at Marquette University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Honor Society for Collegiate Schools of Business and Alpha Sigma Nu, the National Jesuit Honor Society. Dan serves on numerous non-profit boards including President of the St. Edward High School Foundation Board and Committee Chair for Ducks Unlimited.
